Leon's team is boosting customer support. Starting April 1st, it will be available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and on all public holidays as well. It's an upgrade for all of our customers, and it's already included in the subscription. This will assure that everyday has an assistant waiting for your cases, please note that this will not mean 24h assistance.
With the current subscription plan, we have added the ability to contact First Line Support on all holidays. No contract changes are required, and each new customer will be automatically enrolled for all of Leon Software customers.
All the while, we provide a wide range of materials to use before calling support: from the FAQ section, to the Leon Wiki.
We find it crucial to ensure the availability of our consultants as more and more customers use Leon around the world, everyday of the week. This change is part of what we have been doing for years, expanding the hours and days of operation of our support.
Since the beginning of Leon Software, we have had a strong focus on customer and partner relationships, and an important part of that is the first line of support. Our support team currently consists of more than a dozen people who are ready to answer your questions by phone or email and, if necessary, forward them to technical experts and programmers who can research the issue further and provide a solution.
