We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - while sending the documents the order of the columns will be different, the price will be visible on the screen without the need to scroll the page
  • INVOICES - a possibility for an automatic numeration of the proforma invoices, just like for the invoices, will be introduced
  • USER/CONTACT PROFILE - ‘Customer Commission’ with the possibility to define the % value of the price calculated based on the total quotation price will be implemented. The commission can be automatically added when creating a quotation

OPS

  • New checklist item called ‘RRLD’ (Reduced Required Landing Distance) with Yes (green) and No (red) statuses will be available. Additionally, the 'Plan RRLD [Chkl]' column will be added to the report 'Wizard', scope 'Flight'
  • JOURNEY LOG - a new element ‘RRLD’ will be added to the Journey Log optional items. Additionally, the 'RRLD [JL]' column will be added to the Report Wizard, scope 'Flight'
  • JOURNEY LOG - a new text element ‘Cabin defects’ will be added to the Journey Log optional items. Additionally, the 'Cabin defects [JL]' column will be added to the Report Wizard, scope 'Flight'
  • MESSAGE CENTER - a possibility to filter the messages in the dashboard will be added. The filtering will affect all places where the dashboard can be launched, so from the top-bar menu and checklist items in all OPS views. More information here
  • CREW - the 'Endorsements' tab will be renamed to 'Certificates'
  • CREW - adding a new section ‘Airport Recency & familiarization’. More information here

CREW

  • CREW QUALIFICATIONS - adding filtering by 'Crew status' which allow to sort by active and inactive users
  • CREW QUALIFICATIONS - tab 'Certificates' will have the possibility to display certificates in the revalidation window
  • CREW CALENDAR - there will be a new note 'Day Trading Note', to describe i.e. the information if the duty is to be compensated with a day off. Additionally, the 'Day Trading Note' column will be added to the report 'Wizard', scope 'Crew Roster'

PHONEBOOK

  • AVINODE INTEGRATION - a possibility to display and edit the 'Avinode ID' for contacts transferred from Avinode will be introduced
  • USER/CONTACT PROFILE - nationality information will be moved from 'Details' to the 'Basic' tab
  • USER/CONTACT PROFILE - there will be a possibility to deactivate a visa, instead of deleting it
  • CONTACT PROFILE - as option to define MVT e-mail address will be implemented. If defined, all MVT messages will go to that address instead of the work email address

CREW APP

  • CHECKLIST - a possibility to define which items should appear in the Checklist in the Crew App will be added. This feature can be customized by the Leon Support Team only at this moment. Should you wish to amend the Checklist items available in the CrewApp please open a ticket to the Leon Support using Customer Portal

OTHER

  • AIRPORT DIRECTORY - there will be a possibility to set up the expiry date of the airport category - the general one, and for the particular aircraft type. If the category for an aircraft type is defined, it will overwrite the general one for that type
