We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

  • TAX - a new tax 'Dutch Aviation TAX' will be implemented. More information here
  • CURRENCY - it will be possible to define a default currency for each tail, which Leon should use when creating a quote
  • AVINODE - a possibility to define if not confimed aircraft scheduled maintenance in Leon should result in the aircraft availability in Avinode. If it should, in the 'Scheduled maintenance' window mark a checkbox 'Available for charter'
  • QUOTES - an option to calculate flight time with 'ForeFlight' will be added

OPS

  • FLIGHT ORDER - an old format of the Flight Order document will be turned off. More information here
  • FOREFLIGHT - an option to define how many days in advance a schedule is exported into ForeFlight. Enter the number of days into the 'Send days ahead' field, in the ForeFlight's configuration window of the ADD-ONS panel
  • SEND SCHEDULE - 'Cc' & 'Bcc' email addresses taken from contacts will appear automatically in the Phonebook

CREW

  • DUTY - it will be possible to attach a file when adding a duty
  • FTL SHEET - the report will show the time zone of the airport where rest period takes place. Turn it on in the report's filter by marking a checkbox 'Show end time zone column'
  • CREW CALENDAR - new date range selections will be available: last 14 days, last 28 days, last 84 days

MX

  • HIL - it will be possible to check history of changes of HIL by clicking a clock-icon, either on the main HIL page (top-right corner), or in the HIL's edition window

SCHED

  • VERSIONS - it will be possible to view flights from different schedule versions. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

  • REPORTS SHARED BY LEON - a new report 'SIFL' will be available to all Leon clients. More information here
  • SCOPE FLIGHT - a new option will be added to the filter: 'Exclude Aircraft' - it will allow to exclude selected tails from the report's data
  • SCOPE FTL DUTY - new columns will be added: 'Flight number', 'Trip number', 'Difference between max FDP and planned FDP', 'Violations notes'

PHONEBOOK

  • PASSPORT - it will be possible to mark a selected passport as 'Unavailable'
  • PAX - new items will be available: 'Cost centre', 'Project number' - both as text input only

CREW APP

  • REQUESTS - uploading files, when making requests in crew app, will be possible
