SALES

  • New functionality of editing request implemented. More information here
  • Calculating flight time base on historical flights added. More information here
  • A tooltip with the airport details will appear when hovering the mouse over the airport code in the quote edit section
  • Possibility to define 'Country VAT'. More information here
  • Filtering by 'Assignee' on the main 'Requests/Quotes' page added. The functionality is available under the 'FILTER' option and allows filtering by one or more assignees
  • We have improved sending messages to clients by adding a text editor which supports HTML in each sales email pop-up window
  • The possibility of changing passenger order on the PAX list is now available. More information here
  • Possibility to select PAX language on the PAX edit profile page. The dropdown will appear upon inserting the first letter of the language in the 'Language' box

CREW PLANNING

  • Crew Timeline - an option of filtering crew by labels added to the 'Assign Crew' pop-up window
  • Crew Calendar - 'Crew homebase' option is now available in the 'FILTER'. It allows filtering crew by the home base to which they are assigned
  • Crew Calendar - possibility to overwrite already added duties with the new ones, without deleting the existing duties
  • Crew Calendar - hovering the mouse over the values in columns 'Days On' or 'Days Off' will result in a pop-up window displayed with the number of particular duties assigned from the beginning of the year
  • Crew Calendar - temporarily assigned crew and the Freelancers will appear at the end of the list of the group

OPS

  • 'METAR' & 'TAF' information will appear when hovering the mouse over an airport code in OPS CALENDAR view
  • 'Aircraft airport RFFC compatibility' warning will now also apply to ADEP airport
  • Possibility to select Crew language in the Crew edit profile page. The dropdown will appear upon inserting the first letter of the language in the 'Language' box
  • Defining 'From' email addresses for bases/offices for sending 'Handling Requests' emails. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

  • FLIGHT - additional filtering option added: 'Flight no (wildcard)' - filters by the initial characters of any flight number

OTHER

  • New 'ID' types added in PAX profile: 'China home return permit', 'Taiwan mainland permit', 'SAR Hong Kong pass' & 'SAR Macau pass'
  • Possibility to add PAX & Crew vaccinations to their profiles - vaccinations can also be added to OPS documents in the 'Documents Manager' panel
