We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

  • OWNER BOARD - a new functionality will be introduced. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - two additional columns will be available in 3-dot filter > columns: 'Booking ratio' & 'Booking revenue'. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - two additional fields in subcharter's trip details will be available: Flight Nr & Crew phone - both will also be added to the 'Documents Manager' panel
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - a possibility to add quotes in UTC will be implemented. This option will only be available in the 'New quote' and 'Edit Request' pop-up windows. By default, Leon will always set the timezone to LT. Times in the Schedule section in the pop-up windows will not recalculate upon changing the timezone
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new option in 'Calculate Flight Times' will be added: 'Historical Quotes'. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - requests with the same itinerary (date and routing) will be flagged with the same color bar located on the left-hand side of the itinerary
  • FEES - the following fees will be available: Aircraft fees - 'ProParts fee/ h', 'Handling ADEP' and 'Handling ADES'. Airport fees - 'Landing permit fee'
  • BOOKINGS - it will be possible to insert/view 'Flight Watch' data

OPS

  • PAX - passengers selection in a tab PAX will be modified. It will possible to select multiple PAX from the 'Pick from list' option. More information here
  • FLIGHT WATCH - 'Internal notes' field will be added - the notes will not be included in MVT Messages. 'Internal notes [FW]' column will also be added to the 'REPORT WIZARD' > scope 'Flight'

CREW PLANNING

  • CREW CALENDAR/CREW TIMELINE - when adding a duty it will be possible to select AOC according to which the FTL should be calculated, or set it to 'None' (if FTL's should not apply)

REPORT WIZARD

  • SCOPE 'FLIGHT' - the following columns will be added: 'Revenue passenger [JL][km]', 'Revenue passenger [JL][NM]' & 'Internal notes [FW]'

OWNER BOARD

  • The checklist status names will be displayed in full words. View columns will be widened in order to fit better.

OTHER

  • SIM - a possibility to add notes to the simulator without having to fill in the times will be introduced
  • INSURANCE - in an aircraft insurance edit window, the names of the countries will be displayed instead of their codes
